1.The promoter is Vodafone Limited, Vodafone House, The Connection, Newbury, Berkshire RG14 2FN (the “Promoter”).

Offer

2.Get one (1) promotional code per customer to receive a Ring Intercom ("Ring Intercom") when you purchase a Vodafone Full Fibre Broadband plan ("Qualifying Plan") directly from the Promoter. The purchase can be made online from www.vodafone.co.uk/broadband, in-store or via the telephone or web chat.

3.Plans purchased through the Promoter’s partners and other affiliate sites are excluded from this promotion.
​
4.The Qualifying Plan you purchase will be subject to a 24-month minimum contract plan.
​
5.The price for the purchase of a Qualifying Plan includes the Offer and no additional payment is required to the Promoter. Installation costs for the Ring Intercom may apply if installation is arranged with any third party.
​
6.The Offer is exclusive to those who have received marketing communication about it from the Promoter and/ or Ignite.

Offer Period
​
7.You will need to complete your purchase between 00:01 on 17 June 2024 until 23:59 on 11 August 2024 (the “Offer Period”).

Eligibility
​
8.To be eligible for the Offer you must:
​
a)be at least 18 years old with a UK bank account;
b)have received marketing communication from the Promoter and/or Ignite;
c)purchase a Qualifying Plan within the Offer Period;
d)be resident and responsible for paying the bills at the address where the Qualifying Plan will be installed; and
e)remain a Qualifying Plan customer for at least 14 days after you have purchased your Qualifying Plan (the “Eligibility Criteria”).

9.The Offer is only available to new Vodafone home broadband customers that fulfil the Eligibility Criteria set out in 7 above. Customers upgrading from an existing Vodafone Home Broadband plan are not eligible for this Offer.

10.If you purchase a Qualifying Plan online, the purchase should be completed in one session to ensure the sale is tracked correctly. If before completing your transaction you click through to Vodafone from an affiliate site or navigate away from the Vodafone site, the sale may not track correctly, and you will not qualify for the Offer. Further, If you use adblocking software, a VPN, or have cookies disabled on your device the sale may not track correctly and you will not qualify for the Offer.

How and when to receive the Offer
​
11.In order to redeem the Offer, you must provide a valid email address when purchasing a Qualifying Plan.
​
12.It may take up to 30 days from the date of activation of a Qualifying Plan for you to be verified as eligible for the Offer. The Promoter will only consider queries about eligibility for the Offer once this 30-day period has passed.
​
13.When the Promoter has verified your eligibility for the Offer, Ignite Solutions Limited of Tech House, 26 Temple End, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, HP13 5DR (“Ignite”) will send an email to the email address provided by you at the time of purchase with details of how to redeem the Offer.

General
​
14.These terms are specific to the Offer and are in addition to the Promoter’s standard terms and conditions for the Qualifying Plan.
15.The Promoter reserves the right to charge you the value of the Ring Intercom if it is redeemed, and you thereafter cancel your Qualifying Plan within the 14-day cooling off period, as described in the Promoter’s terms and conditions and return’s policy.

17.The Offer is subject to availability. Ignite may substitute the Offer with another offer of similar value if the Offer is not available due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s or Ignite’s reasonable control.
18.Any decisions made by the Promoter over eligibility or otherwise in relation to the Offer are final, will not be open to dispute and no correspondence will be entered into.
19.Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any person or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring in relation to the Offer except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors of that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
20.There is no cash alternative to the Offer.
21.The Promoter reserves the right to vary, extend or withdraw the Offer at any time with immediate effect via the Promoter’s website, including in the event of fraudulent behaviour.
22.You can only claim the Offer once and the Offer cannot be used on pre-existing orders and/or combined with any other voucher, offer, discount or promotional code that may available during the Offer Period.
23.These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
24.Your personal data will be processed in accordance with Vodafone Limited's privacy policy available at: www.vodafone.co.uk/privacy.
